To initiate onboarding, the first month’s payment must be completed in advance. All service charges are defined in your customized proposal and billed on a monthly basis.
Clients may opt for recurring billing cycles—monthly or at extended intervals—based on their preference. Standard billing is processed at the beginning of each month. For the initial month, charges will be prorated according to the official onboarding date.
By engaging with Ranking Digitally, the client agrees to pay the fees outlined in their proposal at the start of each service month. All services are offered on a monthly basis.
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first month’s management fee. Beyond this, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Clients may cancel services at any time; however, a minimum of 10 days’ prior notice before the end of the current billing cycle is required to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
Ranking Digitally, including its affiliates, team members, partners, and representatives, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business profits, business interruptions, data loss, regulatory issues, or any other commercial damages.
In all cases, the maximum liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

Payment details and instructions will be shared directly with the client upon invoicing.
To request cancellation, the client must notify Ranking Digitally via email or official communication channels at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will only be considered complete once a written confirmation has been issued by Ranking Digitally. Without this confirmation, services may continue, and applicable charges may be incurred.
The client agrees to actively support their digital marketing campaigns by providing timely feedback, approvals, and required information.
Delays or lack of responsiveness may impact campaign performance. Such circumstances will not affect the agreed service fees.
Ranking Digitally reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
We recommend retaining a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your records.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Ontario, Canada.
By engaging our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mississauga, Ontario, for any disputes arising from or related to the use of our services.
